2021 Chardonnay – Amador (Estate)

This 2021 Chardonnay is grown in our estate vineyard in Volcano, California. At 3,000 ft. elevation, the cooler climate lends to great varietal character rarely found in the Sierra Foothills region. The Chardonnay is bright and crisp, with loads of fruit from the nose to the finish and balanced by mellowing vanilla flavors from the oak aging. We enjoy this wine with a variety of meats including BBQ’d oysters, wild mushrooms and onion savory tarts, soups, and lighter Mediterranean fare.
