Bianchini Cellars was the first bonded winery in Volcano, CA. We are a family-owned and operated winery and produce about 50 cases a year.

We produce our Estate Grown Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as a few other varietals from neighboring regions. All of our wines are hand-crafted in every aspect of the wine-making process.

Currently, we are only licensed to sell in California. Our wines can be purchased online by selecting a label above, or you may visit our Where to Buy page for a list of select stores in Amador County. You may also enjoy Bianchini Celler wines at various local establishments.
